As a courtesy to our patients with qualified WORKER’s COMPENSATION INS, AUTO-INS or PPO INS, SPINE AND JOINT INSTITUTE CENTER of MILWAUKEE verifies each patient’s specific insurance benefits and bills his/her carrier directly. Additionally, your treatment will be carefully and accurately documented and is always available for you to fully support our charges. Our courteous Financial Team will consult with you on these matters if needed to ensure your insurance and financial transactions are clear, timely and being done correctly.

Spine and Joint Institute of Milwaukee is an approved health care provider for the insurance carriers listed below. Many other private insurance companies also cover Physical Medicine services at various levels. We are happy to work with you and your insurance company to provide all necessary paperwork and documentation for your program of care so that the maximum allowed through your insurance will be paid, allowing less out of pocket expense for you. We are unfortunately governed with most PPO insurance, by the policy that you have chosen and are not responsible for benefits available. With those available benefits, we do our very best to maximize your coverage with our reporting, SOAP notes and other information often requested by the insurance carrier’s. Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury are really our specialty since we have been working in that field for over 20(+) years. We are only governed by the State of Wisconsin and our legal department knows the laws and we can assist you all the way with the proper forms and paper work here to make sure you are not responsible later for any bills. Some restrictions would apply usually only if there is a dispute in your case, then it would be up to you to acquire legal assistance outside to represent you.
